Award based on Community Recommendations
Bridges to Science is thrilled to announce it has been named one of the first winners of a “2022 Top-Rated Nonprofit” by GreatNonprofits, the leading website for community recommendations of charities and nonprofits.
Bridges to Science provides math, coding, and robotics programs to underserved youth to bridge the achievement and diversity gaps in STEM education. Our programs cultivate curiosity, build community, and impart the skills and confidence to succeed.
“We are honored to be named a 2022 Top-Rated Nonprofit,” says our Founder, Rosa Aristy. We are proud of our accomplishments this year, including launching our STEM Youth Coach Program and our first in-person Boot Camp. Also, this year Bridges to Science joined the Texas A&M’s Texas Youth Action Network Collaborative.
The Top-Rated Nonprofit Award is based on the rating and number of reviews that Bridges to Science received from volunteers, donors and aid recipients. “…[Bridges to Science] helps bring out the fun in learning and creates wonderful opportunities for the students to enjoy each topic. This organization deserves all the best.”
“Bridges to Science is a great example of a nonprofit making a real difference in their community,” said Perla Ni, CEO of GreatNonprofits, “Their award is well-deserved recognition not only of their work, but the tremendous support they receive, as shown by the many outstanding reviews they have received from people who have direct experience working with Bridges to Science.”
GreatNonprofits is the largest donation website for nonprofits and where people share stories about their personal experiences on more than 1.6 million charities and nonprofits. The GreatNonprofits Top-Rated Awards are the only awards for nonprofits determined by those who have direct experience with the charities – as donors, volunteers and recipients of aid.
